He was Superintendent of Foreign Investments and Technology Transfer (SIEX) and president-founder of the Foreign Trade Bank of Venezuela; Partner-President of VR Business Brokers of Coral Gables, Florida (until September 2013).He is currently a member of the Florida Business Brokers Association (BBF).
