Description: After selling his transportation business to a public firm, Randy joined Transworld Business Advisors in 2001 and has built a successful practice focusing on the sale of upper main street & lower mid-market companies. Randy has sold more than 450 businesses and has won numerous production & service awards at the firm & with M & A Source, the BBF and the IBBA. Randy is a Lifetime Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), Certified Merger and Acquisition Professional (CM&AP) & holds the Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary designation (M&AMI). He is an active member of the BBF, M & A Source & IBBA where he is currently serving his 6th year as a member of the Board of Governors and is the IBBAâ€™s Past Chair for 2022. Randy is a Fellow of the IBBA and the winner of the 2020 Chairman's Award. When not on his boat exploring coastal waters, Randy lives in Boca Raton, FL with his wife of 35 years, Rhonda, and is the proud parent of two great kids and two fantastic Granddaughters.
