- I have been a serial a entrepreneur and self starter since my first bake sale in middle school at age of 12. Opened my first company Simply Cellular Inc in my early 20's and sold to a hedge fund in 2002 and had no idea about business valuation and actually lost a lot of $ on my own transaction by representing myself and not having a broker go to bat for me. I learned a lot in the process and that I wanted to assist others with the sale of the businesses to help maximize the value.
