- As a Former CPA an currently practicing as both a CVA and CBI, I have over 30 years experience in selling and valuing companies as a broker and M&A intermediary. I have assisted in the sale of over 500 business and have been a broker in the sale of over 100 companies, as well as functioning as a valuation analyst and consultant. Additionally I'm an Instructor for CABB 201 advanced recasting and valuation. Selling and Valuing business is a passion for me as a second generation Business Broker & Intermediary. My Father founded National Business Brokers, Inc. where I got my start and training.
