Gunn was a commercial banker for 18 years. He ascended through the banking ranks to become the CEO of a community bank. Thereafter, he initiated a business and financial consulting practice. Along the way, he either founded or co-founded seven companies. Gunn managed and led three companies involved in the electronics industry, the broadcast communications business and the real estate development and construction businesses. Therefore, the perspectives formed as executive management in banking to business owner and leader in commercial business has provided Gunn a multi-faceted view of the world of business.
