- Justin D. Farmer is the founder and President of Private Practice Transitions. Justin works directly with clients who need strategic planning for acquisitions (buy or sell side). Before establishing Private Practice Transitions, Justin gained experience as a lawyer serving as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Washington, working as a private practitioner, and as a legal consultant. Justin has a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Washington and a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law. In 2018, Justin earned his Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). The CBI is a prestigious designation exclusive to the IBBA that identifies an experienced and dedicated business broker.
