- Jeff Harwell is a Certified Valuation Analyst and Equipment Certified Appraiser with experience in business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, business transitions, and operational consulting.He holds an M.B.A. from the Neeley School at Texas Christian University and a B.B.A. from the University of Texas. He is accredited by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts and the Institute of Equipment Valuation.Jeff has been in financial and operational management for over forty-five years, serving in the roles of President, Chief Financial Officer, and Consulting Principal. However, his real talent is his ability to grasp opportunities and identify and solve problems.
