- Having worked in corporate for well over 20 years as an employee in various management, director, and staffing positions, and making it through 6 business differing transitions; mergers, acquisitions, receiverships, and closures, etc., a then friend of mine suggested that I hop on the other side of the fence and help people buy and sell businesses with the least possible ramification to it's employees, vendors, customers and families.
