In 2018 I started my store as a beauty store with the thesis that people, especially women, will keep buying beauty products no matter the state of the economy. I looked for a niche to sell in where products would be sold year round and can specifically be on a subscription based model. What I found was that beauty products, especially skincare products, is this golden niche.Once I proved the model in this niche, I doubled down and moved all of my capital towards skin care products, such as Body wash, hand soap, body scraps, facial cleaner, eye serum, facial moisturizers etc. I have done very well in this niche. However, due to a minor family incident, we are liquidating assets to fund our daughter's college tuition. There is massive potential for a new owner since the new owner can double the catalog with the current distributors or simply keep the products in stock and run PPC advertising campaigns.Last year the store did $93,567 in net profit and $651,576 in top line sales. I currently have one part time employee that has been with the business since the start and she will remain on with a new buyer. I personally spend about an hour a week on this business reviewing numbers etc. Everything has been very well documented and a new owner needs no experience whatsoever in this industry.
